主要工作职责及任务Main Responsibilities & Tasks

1.    研发费用控制及项目支持 R&D fee control & program support
1)    配合项目团队提供相关数据及财务支持，包括新项目财务部分交接，及工厂项目启动团队支持
Corporate with project team to provide data and support, including new program BP handover, Plant project lunch related support.
2)    参与项目控制、回顾以及更新项目BP以符合工厂实际状况,
Involve program control, review and update program BP in line with plant actual situation
3)    跟踪并上传项目time-sheet，计算项目团队的hourly rate
Time-sheet tracking & uploading, Core-team hourly rate calculation;
4)    负责所有项目阶段项目的事务（样件，模具，研发费用等），完成R&D 的预测及与实际数据差异的分析
Responsible of all task linked to program (Prototype, tooling, R&D fee) before Gate4, finish R&D report forecast & gap analysis.

2.    资产负债表风险评估及控制 Balance sheet risk assessment & control
1)    协调SSC对往来科目的及时清理;
Coordinate with SSC for the AR/AP/Pre-payment/OP/OR clearing;
2)    与税务会计沟通合作，完成税务方面的相关工作及相关政府报告；
Cooperation with tax accountant for tax report and related government report
3)    组织季度BS review并完成工作底稿，督促行动计划的执行
Lead quarterly BS review and finish the working paper, tracking the action plan;
4)    与SSC协调解决IC差异，月度 GRNI tracking并进行季度清理
IC gap clearing & GRNI monthly tracking
5)    组织年度凭证整理
Leading yearly documents tidy

3.    成本优化项目管理 TVO Project Management
1）    支持成本优化项目经理完成各个成本优化项目的模拟及成本控制
Support TVO manager to finish VAVE programs P&L & cost tracking

4.    海关及税务局事项应对 Handle customs and tax authority-related matters.
1）    协调高新技术企业审核，完成相关报告;
Coordinate High Technical Enterprise audit and finish related report;
2）    与税务会计沟通合作，完成税务方面的相关工作；
Cooperation with tax accountant and finish related tax report;
3）    协助中国区关务经理与海关沟通处理转移定价及其他特殊事项;
Assist Division Customs manager to communicate with Customs for TP topic and other special issues

5.    附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions     
1)    遵守公司的规章制度、道德规范、价值观及员工手册Ensure full respect of Rules & Regulations\Ethics\Values\Employee handbook of the company
2)    遵守健康安全环境规定Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations    
3)    保证和财务经理的透明和及时沟通Ensure transparent and timely communication with finance manager
4)    财务经理交给的其他临时工作Others temporary jobs given by finance manager

1.    熟悉财务管理流程，具备往来会计、成本分析等工作经验 Familiar with financial management processes, with experience in accounting and cost analysis.
2.    熟悉标准成本法、实际成本法等制造业常用财务准则 Familiar with standard costing, actual costing, and other commonly used finance methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
3.    具备较强的数据分析能力，能够独立完成财务分析相关报告 Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently prepare financial analysis reports.
4.    具有良好的沟通协调能力，能够与工厂和商务等团队紧密合作 Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including plant and commercial team.
5.    熟练使用微软系统，熟悉SAP、Oracle等ERP系统 Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle.
