Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation, Koordination und Nachbereitung von Terminen und Besprechungen
- Mithilfe bei administrativen Tätigkeiten im Betriebsratsbüro
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung des Schriftverkehrs sowie der Pflege von Ablage- und Dokumentensystemen
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Veranstaltungen und Reisebuchungen
- Mitarbeit im Bestell- und Rechnungsprozess
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Listen, Präsentationen und weiteren Dokumenten
- Unterstützung des Betriebsausschusses bei administrativen Aufgaben
- Ansprechpartner für interne und externe Anfragen sowie Weiterleitung an die zuständigen Stellen
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Dein Profil
- Laufendes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaft, Personal, Recht, Sozialwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Organisatorisches Geschick und hohe Serviceorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel und Word)
- Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
